Please complete the short application form below. Applications are reviewed individually before practitioner access is granted.
After submitting your application, please email evidence of your professional qualification or professional membership to:
Examples include acupuncture qualifications, Chinese herbal medicine qualifications, or membership of a recognised professional organisation such as RCHM or BAcC.
Approved practitioners will receive an invitation by email to access the Chinese Medicine Practitioners Portal.
